Return Policy

Your order is eligible for return only in the following conditions:

1. If the product is received in a damaged condition

2. If the product is different from what you ordered

If your order is eligible for return, you may write to us at support@artizenai.com within 7 days of receiving the order to request return.

Only products which are unused with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.

Return Process 

Customer needs to send the item they wish to return to us.

Please note, the customer will incur the shipping costs for returning the item. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the refund process.

 

Refund Policy 

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Refund conditions

Refund is only eligible for the products which are received in a damaged state or a wrong item is delivered.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items are not eligible for a refund, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, refund not eligible on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Sorry, we do not provide exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
